Swap not processed

I have sent my old phone back with the prepaid box and Royal Mail said it has been delivered but nothing showing up on my sky account. Should I be concerned or is it normal for sky to take awhile.

The norm is about 3 weeks for the device to be delivered, processed, checked for damage and valuation confirmed.
