Hi I receive new phone and I need send back my old phone but which address I need use

You should use the packaging the new device came in and the label should be inside (although reportedly difficult to see). If this has been discarded you'll need to call Sky to arrange another.

If you haven't got the packaging then the free number to call Sky on is just 150.
