Swap device not showing as received

I upgraded my phone and received it last week and choose to do the swap part which sky offer. I sent my old phone last Sunday using the label and box they sent for me to do. I have tracked it and it's showing as delivered through Royal Mail but when I'm checking on my Sky account it's not showing anything. I am worried that I only have 14 days after receiving my new phone before the deal I got for the swap is no longer valid. Anyone experienced this before?

Hi @Nicole93  as long as you keep your proof of posting then you will be fine. It does take them 2-3 weeks to process returns. If any payment is taken for that device in that time then that will be refunded once the processing is completed.
