Swap con

After swapping iPhone 14 which had absolutely nothing wrong with it and was told £240 off new phone . Then was told only £140. But not told of issues. Then get sent a iphone16 plus which breaks after a week, lots of calls to sky . Loss of data, and they want a large amount of money for next bill. Can I cancel all. So unhappy with sky. I've been a customer for 12 years. I've made a complaint about it all. But have heard nothing from them.

You can cancel the swap if it has been less than 31 days since you did it so if it is then call Sky on 150 about this.
