Swap bill issue

I swapped my old device for a new one around 2 weeks ago. I have sent the old phone back to sky just over 1 week ago. When I have gone on my phone bill it is saying I am now paying for x2 devices and my bill is over £71 and for a sim which I said I will not use and on the phone they informed me if I do not active it, the payment for it will not go through? What do I do now. Thank you

Call Sky?

 

Returns can take 3-4 weeks to process so a 'double payment' for devices can be normal (you are not out of pocket as the additional payment reduces the outstanding credit on the swap device).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
