Hi, i have sent my phone back to Sky for a swap, they have emailed me to say the price is lower than they quoted, do i want to accept it. It says log in to your account to accept. I have looked on my account and there is no option anywhere. Can anyone help with this please?
If you can't see the option on your account then using a phone that has a Sky sim in it call Sky on 150 for help with this.
