Such a Letdown!

Sky often send me offers in the post.

 

I used to be a good customer of Sky – all my payments were up to date, and I always returned equipment promptly when asked.

 

Recently, I applied for a SIM-only plan. The initial credit checks went through fine, but then I received an email saying my order had been cancelled after further checks.

 

When I checked my credit file, everything was up to date with a good credit score.

 

Sadly, Sky is no longer in my favour, and I will never use any of their services again. They had always provided great service in the past, but this time they have fallen very short.

 

I also note that many others have had the same experience when applying for Sky’s mobile SIM .

Nothing, it will bring nothing as you're only telling other customers.  Sky won;t see your complaint, nor would they know who its from.

 

If you have failed a credit check Sky can't oiverride it as it will be based on what your credit file holds so if any details are wrong you need to make sure the CRA update it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky have replied to my letter/email of complaint. They have all my information too.  It's being looked into .

There is an email option on the complaint page @GD1 which the OP has presumably used.
