Strange phone calls
Had a phone call today saying that my SIM card is being disconnected in a couple of days . I asked why and he started chatting on . TBH I just hung up

Hi @Simon296 yes this is a scam going around to get you to divulge account information which they then use to buy phones on your account.

Scam call. Disregard it. Sky don't disconnect SIM cards like that. Hopefully you didn’t disclose any personal details before hanging up.

That call was from a scammer as they would usually want you to provide your account details to "send you another one" whilst really getting access so they can order a phone or which you would be paying for it. If it was from Sky they would have asked you for your telephone password which I take it this caller did not do so I take it you gave them no account or financial details ?
