As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

If you have ordered an iPhone 17 there may still be delays. This happens every year after a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
