Still cannot activate my eSIM

Hi, I have mixed messages from SKY Mobile. I have a SMS and other popups telling me to activate, but i can't do it. In My SKY when I choose to activate SIM, I cannot then choose eSIM. I get this message "eSIM Not ready to activate yet, come back later". I ordered it over a week ago. Thanks Brian

It is not clear if you have yet but if you haven't you will have to contact Sky support about this so if you can't call them you could use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.
