I try to buy something online with my phone number but its not working anymore before i spend 100£ and i pay that off now i cant buy

Are you saying you purchased something online and the payment was added to your Sky bill, was what you purchased from Sky ?

Yes i was playng casino games now i cant i dont know why i pay all the bills so i dont know whats the problem

I don't think it has ever been possible to be billed for casino games via Sky so are you sure you are not being billed via Google or Apple or whatever your brand of phone is ?

No i was playng casino game and i use phone number as a deposit and i had no problem till now my bill was 150£ last month whitch i pay and now its not working
