Someone was ringing me today about my iPhone 12 that stopped working last Friday

Someone was going to ring me today, but I don't know how they can fix a mobile over the phone with my iPhone can only be used for emergencies

No one on here was going to ring you @Lenton as we're all customers. If no one has called you by tomorrow you may have to call Sky again (if your mobile allows you to).
