Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you recently received a call claiming to be form Sky & offering a reduction on your bill? If yes then did you give them any account details?
It sounds like someone has access to your account & is buying expensive phones. Once these are sent you'll receive another phone call claiming a mistake has been made & that a courier will pick them up. This is also a scam.
You need to call Sky & cancel the order/s & change the password on your account.

Obviously do not use any point of contact previously established for further instructions: that's how the scam operates.
Contact Sky yourself using details obtained from the public Sky website, and do not hand hardware to any courier that arrives unexpectedly.
