Re: Some one is ordering a new mobile on my account
Have you recently received a call claiming to be form Sky & offering a reduction on your bill? If yes then did you give them any account details?
It sounds like someone has access to your account & is buying expensive phones. Once these are sent you'll receive another phone call claiming a mistake has been made & that a courier will pick them up. This is also a scam.
You need to call Sky & cancel the order/s & change the password on your account.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.

Obviously do not use any point of contact previously established for further instructions: that's how the scam operates.
Contact Sky yourself using details obtained from the public Sky website, and do not hand hardware to any courier that arrives unexpectedly.

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.
We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
