Sold wrong tablet?

Im hoping this is the correct section as there isn't an option for tablets.

We took the option pf adding a 'ipad 2025' to our account just before Christmas last year. It was so that our son could use it for his college work. Recently we bought an apple pro pencil for him to use with it(as it is compatible with the 2025 ipad). It wouldn't pair, so I did some digging and it seems that yhe serial number and imei number is that of a gen 4 2020 ipad. How do I go about rectifying this as there are no options on their chat service for this and I work during the hours the lines are open so cant ring them.

All you can do is to call Sky to see what they say but as you have only just noticed this it might be difficult to get them to do anything about this now. You can call them on 150 from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it.
