Smashed phone

Hi I have the iPhone 12, my phones nearly paid off now and I'm wanting an upgrade but not long ago I dropped my phone and the front and the back screen completely shattered, I've had the front fixed but my back is still shattered, camera still works etc but I'm just wondering would sky accept it back so I can have an upgrade?

I believe so but the trade in value will be seriously impacted.
