I moved to Sky Mobile (Ireland) from Vodafone last week.
since moving I am constantly getting text messages saying I missed a call in the previous hour but no missed call.
I think it is because if I am on another call the second person trying to contact me is not connected, it will not ring and they get sent straight to voicemail.
I need to get resolved urgently, the help bot is sending me around in circles. Eventually last week I was connected to a real person but when they discovered I was an Irish customer said would need to be connected to a different department which was closed at that time but nobody has contacted me since.
I think it must be to do with call waiting not being enabled. Does anyone know can I do this on my phone. - iPhone 13 or has it to be done by Sky? Really frustrated as I moved to Sky from Vodafone because Sky operate on the Vodafone network so was assured there would be no difference in service only difference would be the price reduction.
