Sky trial no calls inor out

Got a text from Sky mobile a week and a half ago saying they are running a trial and that calls in and out may be disrupted. 

They were not wrong struggling to get anything sometimes nobody can contact me.

No sign of compensation for the disruption.

No reason why.

Anybody else get the same text ?
