Sky trade in

i trade in my phone and I sent it 2 days ago with special delivery and I also got a picture and signature which shows that my phone delivered. However I didn't get any response from Sky about it. What should I do now

Hi @Parnian  it takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed so it will be a while yet before you hear anything.
