Hey,
I have traded in my Iphone 11. I have sent that phone through the royal mail. The portal of Royal mail is showing that It's been delivered but I didn't get any email from Sky Trade in Services. Please have a look and let me know.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sai5 You are not contacting Sky customer service when posting here, even if you where they would have no idea who you are as your forum account is not linked to your Sky mobile account.
You will have to be proactive and call Sky to enquire if the phone has been received.
