Sky to sky new sim help

Im currently paying x amount for a sim with x amount of data. There is a better offer on a new sim (significantly better) so id like to purchase that deal (which isn't showing on my upgrades options) but keep my number, how can I do this as, as far as I can see, pac codes are just when transferring provider.

Hi @Ljw1006  the only way you can do that is buy the new sim/plan and when it arrives activate it. It will have a new number. Then port your old number with a PAC to a different network on PAYG, then port it back to the new sim. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim. If you have had the old sim less than 12 months then there would be early termination charges.

@Fakhira1

A PAC code is used for moving a mobile number between two different networks so who do you need to gove this to, if it is Sky then you can do it via your account here:
