Sky swap

Hi guys,

generally how long does a swap take to process? Sent my old phone back a week ago but can't see any progress on my account

Realistically that depends on the backlog at the logistics depot which does the condition assessment.: Sky cannot move ahead with processing the swap until they've received a valuation for the returned hardware.
