Hi,

 

I tried all of these steps whilst in Canada and none of them worked on mine and my wife's phone who is also on Sky. I have returned to the UK today and I am currently travelling back home. But I will be in contact with Sky to discuss the issues experienced by myself and other users whilst in Canada. Very poor service from sky sending out help pages that did not work and whilst in Canada no way to get any support from them !!!

This has been marked as answered by Sky it is NOT I repeat NOT resolved by the the answer provided. My solution was to buy a Saily ESIM as a work around as Sky failed to resolve it for me and other users experiencing problems in Canada.

Yes, thanks so much for your help. I followed your instructions and I now (after 2 weeks!) have a signal. I am very grateful to you but surprised that Sky doesn't monitor this sort of thread more thoroughly! Anyway, thanks again!

No network connection in Canada, SOS permanently showing

Arrived in Canada both mobiles showing on SOS. No network connection. Have tried all the settings with no luck.

Customers in Canada have recently been experiencing difficulties so I have moved your post to this thread. Sky are aware and in th3 meantime please try the advice in the post currently showing as the answer.

My gratitude was too premature! I have now lost signal and returned to SOS only. Tried the advice again and this time NOTHING!

I am in Canada and neither my phone or my husbands will connect to the local network. What do I do?

Canada is one of the countries that people do seem to have issues in for some reason so depending on what device you have try going through the help guide here:
