Sky refund query

After cancelling my sky mobile in june. There was a issue with a pac number. Sky counld not favatham out how to text me my two pac numbers as i couldnt get a signal to recive texts(sky coverage) hence why ending the contract.

After being told by four seperate advisors and team leaders and several complaits open. My balance would be paid by the 15th July. I made 3 more calls asking where my balance was by the 28th july i could afford a food shop. I had spents 7 hours of my time on hold being messed about to be told mangers a very busy. 
i consider my job as a single parent who has a long term disabilty and due to lack of phone conection this situation to be uneithical and curel to a so called VIP customer!!

sky i have been a loyal customer for many years. Your greed to hold on to customers money after there contract has ended a reep the interest on thousands of service users is criminal and should be investigated under fraud.

GREED OVER HUMANITY!!!!!

By 'balance' do you mean refund for any overpayment you made? 

Refunds like this normally take up to 6 weeks from the last day of connection.

 

It might have been beneficial to contact Sky through the Accessibility Team where there are different methods of communication with this team other than phoning but now you've cancelled that is now irrelevant.

Hi Daniel,

Yes this was all done via the team on serval occasions and brought to team leaders attention. All data is evidenced that they were actually holding on to my money!

 Was told they could only apologise, raise a forth complaint and that an internal investigation would take place. 
How is that any good to the stress sky have caused????
