Sky payment

  • I applied for mobile and my application got successful and I paid 12£ as upfront but sky asked for more credit checks and after that sky cancelled my application & contract and refunded my 12£ acter two days,,, now almost after a month tiday i got an email from sky that u didnt pay 12£ as a payment for ur mobile. If u don't pay we will do legal action against u. Why should i pay when they cancelled the contract application and I didnt even get a mobile so what's this fuss all about,,,kindly guide regarding this subject

Something doesn't seem rights here so I would call Sky to speak to them about this because if you did pay the £12 upfront costs and it was refunded then this email appears to have been sent in error.
