Sky multi device to new contract

My old contract is coming to an end, it was part of a multi device account. I've tried to to set up a new independent account with sky. Whilst trying to activate the sim an error occurs that's indicating I cannot transfer my old number from an old sky contract to a new sky contract. How do I sort this out?

Hi @Sw33  the only way is to get your PAC from sky and use it to transfer your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back onto the new sim.
