Hi @Laurenshmylo1 this isn't sky CS here so no one here can see your account. If you are on swap 12 then you should be able to swap in November and if your phone is in good condition then there would be no charge. If you are on swap 24 you could still swap but there would be a considerable charge to do so. Look in your account/nessages/contracts to see what plan you are on.
