I have sky mobile sim only deal and have benn with sky for 14+years and new customers are still getting better deals can someone explain this to me? Am I better just going with another network provider that's cheaper and gives more?

Re: Sky mobile
Sky Mobile actually started in Winter 2016>2017 so 9 years.
In general better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers now do this.

Re: Sky mobile
@Gary295 New customers will always get better deals, pretty much every provider uses that method to attract new customers. You may be initially better off going to another provider but as soon as that deal ends you will be in the same boat.

Switching is almost always the best way to get the best price. (Applies to many services, not just mobile)
...but there's potentially some hassle in switching which is why many don't. The lack of inertia is what makes companies the most profit...
