Sky mobile

I am trying to purchase a new iPhone and watch. However when I go to checkout the app or website states technical issues and won't let me check out how can I order as I've been trying for 3 days now. Thank you

Your only option will be to call Sky:

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thank you I will try and ring tomorrow. I'm not sure if it's happening for anyone else but it has t worked for 3 days. I've also tried the sky help and it's really not helpful. But this was thank you for replying 🙂

We do see a few posts each week reporting the same technical error message so calling it the only way around it.
