Sky mobile
I have 4 mobile phones on the account. 2 of them are from years ago and I don't have anything left to pay on them but they still show on my account and it doesn't allow me to take out another phone

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
