I need to rollback some of our piggyback data for my daughter but when I go on the sky website I can't get onto the manage screen to do this it just keeps coming up with the mobile home page, even when I try to use the direct link from the help page.
Is this a general issue with the website at the moment?
Mum to a very unhappy 16 yr old (who has already used 6GB of data since the start of the month!!)
