Sky mobile website and app crashing when trying to use

I want to get a new phone. I'm trying to browse the app and it just crashes at a certain stage. Went onto the website and that is doing the exact same thing. It will let me click on the phone, see the price but then it just reloads, I can't read any descriptions. I can add to basket but then it takes me all the way to checkout, missing out on accessories, data plan etc. anything I can do to fix this as ideally I would want to stay with sky mobile?

Hi @Gwladys  have you tried clearing your cache ? Tried on a different device/computer ? If it's still the same then call sky and they will do it for you.
