So I've been a customer with sky mobile for 3 years. My phone isn't at its best so decided to do an upgrade. The option for upgrade my device dissapeared, I believe this is due to the device being paid off. Because there is no explanation on what to do I clicked buy product and setup with a new I phone 13. But now it still shows my old device and the new one which is waiting to be delivered. I wanted an upgrade not a completely new sim. I want to keep my old number as well, is there anyway at all to rectify this issue? I've had the same number for nearly 20 years and every where I look says I can't transfer my new number over if I am with sky to another sky sim? Seems silly since ive been with them for 3 years?

Thank you for the reply 🙂 that's a good point. The new sim has a better and cheaper deal attached to it. Do you know if there is a way of keeping my number along with the new deal?

Thank you for your help! I may give them a call once I have the phone.
