Sky mobile refund

Hi I changed the bank account number for my direct debit and was told payment couldn't be taken from my new account that month so paid by debit card and they still took the direct debit, I'm now £49.50 in credit and because my phone is now paid off my monthly payments are now only £9.50 so would prefer this amount to be refunded please

For the refund to be issued you would need to call Sky on 150.
