Sky mobile reception issue- mast error. Compensation?
Terrible reception for days. On checking the service status it looks like a mast near me has an error. There's no predicted fix time. Should I be able to get some compensation? Whole family on same account.

There is no automatic right to compensation but when the mast is repaired by whoever maintains it (and that will not be Sky) then you can approach Sky to see if they will apply a credit to your account to cover for the inconvenience.
