Sky mobile plan not showing up within my account, SKY ID is linked

Hello there, after some help.

 

My sky mobile plan doesnt show up in my sky account. my contract is coming to an end but i cant see the plan within my products/plans.

 

Sky id is already linked.

 

Please help!

Hi @woodley  this sounds like the plan was, for whatever reason, ordered on a different account. If you are certain you are using the correct login/account details then you will need to call sky on 150 for help.

I dont believe it was, as i have the order confirmation and details in my email. this is the same email address im using to sign in.
