Sky mobile - my skyid linked already

Hi I have been trying to access my sky id to make changes to my sky mobile plan, everytime I try to activate my sim to try and get into my account it says my account is already

From that message it appears you are trying to link it again so all you should need to do is to sign in with your main Sky ID and not the one you used when placing the order.

Thank you i only have 1 skyid with 1 email address so I don't have another sky id to use

I would suggest calling Sky on 150 about this and when you do stay silent when asked any question by the bot and remain on the line.
