In short, not easily if you want to retain your number.
Those deals are for additional dataplans with new numbers.
You either call Sky and try and negotiate but it's highly likely they won't offer your those prices. The alternative, is to add a new dataplan and then port your number OUT of the network and then back to the new dataplan.
