Sky mobile credit owed following plan cancellation-help please

Having read other posts on the forum could I please request some help expediting my Sky Mobile plan credit amount due to me, following my move to a different provider?

The plan is cancelled as of Wednesday (15th), the card is still active on the account and I would like to remove the card from the plan fairly soon, certainly within a couple of weeks if possible.

iIf it's not possible for anyone in the Community to request this is dealt with faster than 6 weeks, I will just lose the money, it's only £5odd, but in principle I would prefer it back after the recent hassles I've had.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

You won't 'lose it'.

 

Is your account showing in credit?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes its in credit. Only about £5.35.

I have read it can take up to 6 weeks, so when I said I'd just lose it I mean I would just forget it, as I'd prefer to remove the credit card if it took that long.
