Sky mobile credit agreement keeps cancelling

I have been trying to take out a new iphone 17 pro all days, agreed a sim deal but when I pay the upfront cost for the phone & they send me the credit agreement to sign, i am clicking on the link & clicking "Yes, continue" to the affordability question & it is cancelling the credit agreement. I have done this twice now & paid the upfront fee twice & it keeps cancelling. Dont know what else I can do

You might need to call Sky about this as it isn't clear if it is a website glitch, which it could be, or that you are failing the credit check that takes place.

They are saying its nothing to do with credit, saying its on my end, i'm not willing to pay again to try again so theyve lost a sale
