Sky mobile bill showing errror message

For the past four or five days, whenever I try to view any of my Sky mobile bills, I get an error message. Why has this started happening, and why is live chat unavailable during the proposed working hours so I can't escalate this issue?

'There was a problem loading your bill, please try again later'. It's been the same for days now
