Hi few years ago got mobile I phone 11 from sky plane on monthly installment plan but phone stole I spoke to sky they said I still need to pay I want to set up payment plan

Yes, if your phone is stolen you still owe the outstanding credit.  (Unless you have insurance)

You will be able to continue with your normal monthly repayments until it's cleared.  (Unless you stopped paying and the contract was cancelled triggering full repayment of the outstanding amount)

This is something Sky have ever allowed customers to do as stated above, you continue paying for it as you would if you have still got it.
