I want buy some accoceries from my sky mobile online account. For example, I want to buy apple charging cable but it's not letting me to choose add in the busket. Any advise...

Do you mean you can't get through on the phone? What's happening when you call?

I was trying to buy accoceries from my sky mobile account but failed every occasions , it didn't allow me to add on busket(optiondisabled). I have tried to pay some amount through piggy bank or without it in full.
