I have had issues ordering accessories since you have sent me the same Magic Keyboard meant for ipad 10 twice when I ordered an IPad Pro 11 I have sent them back and the advisor was really unhelpful saying there's none in. Warehouse so he will just cancel the contract even though I still want the iPad Pro 11inch Magic Keyboard I even had to ask him if I could get a curtosey call saying it's back into store which he said he will do but with the unenthusiastic tone of his voice I doubt he has put the request through and I can't view your accessories page as it keeps saying under Matience on my browser if anyone could help I would appreciate it

We are customers here only so you are not talking to Sky support.
As per the message on the website you can only phone Sky to place orders for the time being however if there is no stock and you have been sent the wrong ones twice it might be worth getting refunds for these and going elsewhere to get it.
