Hi can someone help I have purchased a new ph but can't access the credit agreement as the system can't link my sky id to my email anymore. I have recently cancelled my tv package and only have sky mobile. I spoke to some one yesterday and he he's told me it's a "fault in the local mast" surely this can't be right? Anyone any ideas how to get back into the mobile section of my sky?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
