Sky have never applied my introductory mobile offer.

Ever since joining Sky mobile I have never been charged what was contracted to. Should be £10 50gb and £5 10gb. Every month I'm charged £32 and I've sent numerous complaints and spoken to 3 Indians so far. 
im **bleep**ing in the wind.

sky is the worst ever company I have dealt with.

Did you register an online complaint as per this:

If you have then Sky have 8 weeks to reponsd and if they do not correct this then you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further as per this:

Yes I have complained online. 
I have now received an email, a few days after I was promised a call that didn't happen. The email was to confirm security password etc. that was 2 days ago.
