I run sky to get a brand new number, they said they will cancel my old sim and give me a new sim.
I never received a conformation code to activate it
I can only see the following online "We're still activating your SIM"
I then rung again and i was told it was cancelled by 'the back end' whatever that means. The call center ordered a new one.
However i did not receive the confirmation code for that too.
I imagine my old sim will be cancelled on the 25th. If i have not received my esim activation by then, ill be moving providers.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid Sky order you a physical sim because if they did then the activation code will have came with it.
