Sky error

So I have had a new phone for over a year now, I haven't been able to log into my old sky account as I have forgot the details so I can't see my phone plans or data or days that money is going to be took out. I have rang sky multiple times about this but language is a serious barrier and they seem to never understand. They have made me this new account and everytime it says my information has been transferred to this account when it goes through the steps of like dob, card number etc it says it's done it yet NOTHING is showing up and it keeps repeating that process over and over again, as I've said I've tried to ring up about this enquiry multiple times and I need to upgrade my phone. They turned a simple I can't log into my account into this mess. I don't know who to contact or what to do, thankfully I have a direct debit for my payments.

It's probably to late now but did you try using the forgotten username and password links on the account you couldn't access ?
