Sky do not help customers
My account was changed in march due too a fault on my television. He said it was the only
way to fix the problem, a couple of days later I went on my sky account and my mobile bill
was missing. Since then several very long phone calls I've tried to connect accounts it wouldn't let me I've also emailed them twice and not had a reply,I then got summons due
to non payment I rang them about this and got no where I've been with sky 13 years, I'm very poorly and a pensioner I don't no what to do all I want is for them to put my mobile
back onto my account so I can pay it as it's making me very depressed

What actually happened on your account ?

I couldn't get any programs
so I rang sky after an hour he said
he would open a new account using a different email address which sky already had and he didn't put on my mobile account
it's been so much trouble it's

Have you tried signing in with the new account & your old password? If it says wrong password then reset the password.
Did you call via 150, via the contact details at the bottom of every page or search for Sky via a browser & call the first number shown? If the last then it may be you weren't calling official Sky number. Did the service representative ask for your telephone password or your account password?

I did call sky and done everything and got no where it says my postcode is wrong then my bank details are wrong

I would call Sky again tomorrow and ask to speak to their ID team, explain that a new account was created but that your mobile account has not been linked to it.
