Sky device not adding to account

Hi I've changed phones and tried to link my sky app to my new phone the tv part has come over but my sons mobile device account hasn't does anyone have any idea on how to bring it over?

If your sons phone was ordered on the same account that your previous phone was on then it should be on your account so if it isn't showing then it might be for whatever reason it was ordered on a different account so you will have to call Sky on 150 to ask them to look into what account it was ordered on.

Thank you ill have to try to call them all I've done is upgraded my phone and when updating apps my tv account has come over but not the phone.
