Hi I have an active eSIM but told my sim only deal was at an end. I found a cheaper deal through a third party, butbut brought me back to my account to finalise. I've now received a sim in the post. I'm just not sure how to change as I don't want to lose my number, which is already with sky. Any help would be appreciated thanks

If you activate that sim you will have a new number so you have a few options:
You could either use the esim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code you get from them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Thank you by: caesarome
i spoke to an agent and they couldn't just change me to the better deal and weren't prepared to offer me the same deal. So where is the customer loyalty, the agent said he could only offer the deals that they had. So they just gave me all of the details for switching to a new provider, quite shocked. But I'll certainly follow your advice if I can't find a better deal with another provider thank you.
